There are
different types of printing. Based on the quantity, type
of tshirt, color of the tshirt and ofcourse according to the
taste of the customer we will recommend suitable printing
method before printing.

Silk Screen
Printing
– Screens will be created for each color of the
print and textile ink is pressed through the
screen on to the cloth. No heating is required.
So silk screen can be done on any type of
material like cotton, polyester, lenin, dryfit,
honeycomb, jersey, leather
etc
Pros: Cost
effective, High quality, Professional,
Durable. Suitable for
bulk quantity with a minimum of 50
pieces.
Cons: Each
color requires a separate
screen.
So the cost will be more if printed on
less quantity. Cannot
print full color image. So
there is limitation in number of colors
printed.

LASER
Print – Image is
printed on the special paper using a Laser
Printer and using heat transfer machine the
toner and paper are transferred on the cloth.
Pros: Easy to print
multi colors and complex designs, does not
require different colors to be applied
separately, great for small orders, easy to
customize individual designs on individual
shirts.
Cons: There is a
heavy feel of paper stuck on the tshirt
especially on the black and dark color
tshirts The
feel of the print on the light and white color
tshirts is better
than on the dark color
tshirts.
But after many washes the paper will
start to crack on the dark color tshirt
and the print will start to fade on the
light color thsirt.

Polyfilm / Vinyl
Print – Any design of
solid color is plotted on polyflim or Vinyl
using plotter. Then the
unwanted portion of the film around the design
is weeded out. The
polyflim/vinyl has adhesive at the back, so
using heat transfer machine the design on the
film is transferred on to the apparel.
Pros: High quality,
durabile, easily customizable different shirts,
great for small orders.
Cons:
Doesn't work well for designs with complex
patterns or designs that show a lot of
background of the shirt inside the
design.

Dye
Sublimation Print –
The full color design is printed on special
inkjet paper using dye sublimation ink and
using the heat transfer machine only the ink is
transferred onto the tshirt and the paper is
removed.
Pros
:
Dye sub is great for full color designs on
white or light colored garments. It has no feel
to the design.Vibrant
colors can be achieved. Full color
printing is possible. The colors are
still vibrant after many many washes.
There is no crack or fading of colors in
this type of printing.
Cons
: But can only
be printed on white color dryfit, silk,
polyster fabric. Cannot be printed on
black or dark color
fabric.

Digital Printing (Eco
Solvent Ink – Inkjet Technology)
: Using
inkjet technology the design is printed
on the transfer material and using the
heat transfer machine the image is
transferred on to the cloth .
Pros
: The
colors are vibrant and the print is color
fast. 100%
guaranteed that color will not run even
if the fabric turns old. It is
the best print.
Cons
: There is a
feel of paper on the cloth.

Embroidery Print
: This
printing is done with thread using
embroidery machine.
Pros
: Good
looking and the color will last for
ever. Suitable
for vector images and words and
numbers.
Cons
: Expensive
printing for small quantity. Not
suitable for full color images like photos.
