There are different types of printing.  Based on the quantity, type of tshirt, color of the tshirt and ofcourse according to the taste of the customer we will recommend suitable printing method before printing.

Silk Screen Printing  – Screens will be created for each color of the print and textile ink is pressed through the screen on to the cloth. No heating is required. So silk screen can be done on any type of material like cotton, polyester, lenin, dryfit, honeycomb, jersey, leather etc

Pros: Cost effective, High quality, Professional, Durable.  Suitable for bulk quantity with a minimum of 50 pieces.

Cons: Each color requires a separate screen.  So the cost will be more if printed on less quantity.  Cannot print full color image.  So there is limitation in number of colors printed.

Laser Print

LASER Print – Image is printed on the special paper using a Laser Printer and using heat transfer machine the toner and paper are transferred on the cloth.

Pros: Easy to print multi colors and complex designs, does not require different colors to be applied separately, great for small orders, easy to customize individual designs on individual shirts.

Cons: There is a heavy feel of paper stuck on the tshirt especially on the black and dark color tshirts   The feel of the print on the light and white color tshirts  is better than on the dark color tshirts.  But after many washes the paper will start to crack on the dark color tshirt and the print will start to fade on the light color thsirt.

Polyfilm / Vinyl Print – Any design of solid color is plotted on polyflim or Vinyl using plotter.  Then the unwanted portion of the film around the design is weeded out.  The polyflim/vinyl has adhesive at the back, so using heat transfer machine the design on the film is transferred on to the apparel.

Pros: High quality, durabile, easily customizable different shirts, great for small orders.

Cons: Doesn't work well for designs with complex patterns or designs that show a lot of background of the shirt inside the design.
