What does Smart Image do?

We at Smart Image personalize your photos, your caricatures, your hand-drawn pictures, paintings, drawings and any of your artworks. (See Products for more details about our line of products)


How should I bring my image and in what format?

You can bring your artworks in any format (like .jpg, .png, .psd, .ai etc ) and in any media (Floppy disk, thumb drive, CDs, DVDs, memory sticks like CF/MD, SM, MS/MS Pro, SD/MMC, xD, Micro SD, Mini SD etc), or neoprints. You can even transfer your photos from your bluetooth or infrared enabled mobile phones to our PCs.





Will you return back my paper photo?

Yes. We use your photos to scan into our PC and we will return back your paper photo.


Can I order through email?

Yes you can. Once we confirm the order by return email, you can ATM transfer the money to our account and you can collect your item at your convenient time.




Do I have to resize my image according to the size of your product?

No. You can bring your artwork in any format & in any media. We will resize it according to the size of the product. But we recommend you to bring your digital images with at least 300 dpi for better results.


Will the resolution affect my end product?

Yes. Images with higher resolution will give better result on the end product.


Is there an additional charge for artwork?

We do not charge additional fee for minimal artwork, (eg. adding words, adding borders etc). But we do charge an additional fee if the work is more complicated (eg. creating a collage, creating a mosaic etc). 


 

Is there a minimum quantity to place order with you?

No. You can even order one item at a time.


How long will you take to make each product?

Some products can be collected withing one-two days and some will take about 7-10 working days.  Please call us for further details.

However, during festival season, the delivery time may be extended due to overwhelming response.




What is the mode of payment do you accept?

We accept cash payment and NETS payment as of now.
